Lymphedema, Lipedema, Plastic Surgery Recovery Services
Specialized, one-on-one care for swelling, pain, and recovery related to lymphedema, lipedema, and plastic or lymphatic surgery.
Care is highly individualized and may include manual lymphatic drainage, compression guidance, scar and tissue work, movement retraining, and clear education so you understand your body and your options. Treatment is grounded in advanced clinical training and extensive experience managing complex cancer and lymphatic cases.

Longevity Performance Training
A one-on-one strength and conditioning session designed to build physical capacity, resilience, and long-term joint health for active adults, with specialized training for tennis and pickleball athletes. Sessions focus on improving strength, mobility, balance, and movement efficiency to support an active lifestyle, reduce injury risk, and improve your on-court performance.
Programming is individualized based on prior or current injuries, movement history, current fitness level, and long-term goals, with an emphasis on safe loading, proper technique, and progressive challenge. Training is designed around the physical demands of tennis and pickleball. Includes strength, mobility, and load management strategies to support healthy shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and backs.
These sessions are appropriate for players looking to prevent injury, return to sport after time off, or train smarter to stay on the court longer and move with confidence. Care is provided by a physical therapist with sport-specific experience, offering structured, expert-guided training with clinical oversight.
Recommended frequency and duration are determined based on individual goals and movement needs.
